Pipeline reactivation calculator
Open pipeline goes quiet more often than anyone likes to admit. This shows how much of your open pipeline has no scheduled next step, and what a conservative recovery could be worth.

What a conservative recovery could be worth
Re-engaging a stalled deal does not guarantee it closes. Set your own view of how much of that stalled value was genuinely winnable. The default range of 5 to 15 per cent is deliberately cautious.
Move the percentages to whatever you believe. This is an estimate you control, not a forecast and not a promise of recovered revenue.
Your win rate against the benchmark
Some analyses put the share of open pipeline with no clear next step at roughly 20 to 40 per cent, though these figures come from sales operations vendors rather than an independent study, so treat them as a loose steer rather than a hard benchmark.

The formula
- Stalled deals. Open opportunities, multiplied by the share with no scheduled next step. We round to the nearest whole deal.
- Stalled pipeline value. Stalled deals, multiplied by your average deal value. This is the headline figure.
- Recoverable range. Stalled pipeline value, multiplied by the low and high percentages you set. The defaults of 5 and 15 per cent are deliberately cautious, and the range is an editable estimate, not a projection.
- Win rate and average days in pipeline do not change any calculation. They are context only.
A check you can do on paper
150 open deals at an average value of 30,000, with 30 per cent having no next step, gives 45 stalled deals, 1,350,000 of stalled pipeline value, and a default recoverable range of 67,500 to 202,500.

What happens to your numbers
Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere. The only thing we record is a single anonymous event that says a calculation was completed, with none of your numbers attached.
